We offer you an incredibly simple device repair if you’re from another city:

Just follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form on this page.
2. Get the parcel locker code.
3. Enter the received code into the parcel terminal, print the shipping label, seal it onto the package, and send the shipment.

Once we receive the shipment, we will contact you by phone. After we repair the device, we will send it back to your parcel locker.

If this method doesn’t work for you, we can arrange a DPD courier to come by phone.
